* WHAT...During the Storm Warning, expect sustained winds up to 37
knots from the west with gusts up to 50 knots expected. During
the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE...Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 AM EST Monday
with the largest waves expected around.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal water
levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind direction will veer from SW Monday
morning to NW by Monday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due

MONDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with occasional gusts of 50 to 60
mph expected.

* WHERE...All of southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
