* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt will be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan,
including the following areas in Eastern Upper Michigan: Central
Chippewa, Eastern Mackinac, Southeast Chippewa, Western Chippewa
and Western Mackinac counties. In Northern Lower Michigan:
Cheboygan, Emmet and Presque Isle counties.

* WHEN...From this evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations
such as ice-covered inland lakes. Flooding may occur in poor
drainage and urban areas.
