including Little Traverse Bay, Sleeping Bear Point to Grand
Traverse Light MI, Point Betsie to Sleeping Bear Point MI and
Manistee to Point Betsie MI.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous highest waves will
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM MONDAY TO 1 AM
EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 8 and
12 inches...with locally heavier amounts possible. Winds could
gust as high as 45 mph, resulting in significant blowing and
drifting snow.

* WHERE...Benzie, Leelanau, and Manistee Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads may be ice-covered and slick for the Sunday
morning commute. Rapid development of snow covered roads expected
later tonight into Monday. Gusty winds could result in periods of
whiteout conditions, making travel dangerous and potentially
life-threatening. Isolated power outages are possible Sunday night
and Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
