* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Michigan at South Bend.

* WHEN...Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Flooding is confined to mostly park land
and golf courses. Leeper Park and Petro golf courses begin to
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 5.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 6.0 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday
evening.
- Flood stage is 5.5 feet.

TO 11 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 knots today with gusts up to 25
knots in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5
feet late this afternoon and evening. Northwest winds at 15 to
25 knots tonight becoming north. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 5
to 8 feet. North winds diminish to 5 to 15 knots on Tuesday,
with waves of 4 to 7 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet by late
morning.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 11 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
