* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

...WINTER STORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and areas of blowing snow expected. Little additional
snow accumulation with the lake effect snow this afternoon.
Additional snow accumulation 1 to 3 inches late tonight through
Tuesday. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph late tonight into Tuesday
resulting in areas of blowing and drifting snow.  Visibilities are
expected to be reduced to one quarter of a mile or less at times
late tonight through Tuesday, especially across open and rural
areas.

* WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, and Southern Berrien Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Road conditions may become
highly variable due to the potential of drifting snow. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening
commutes.
