* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between one and three inches and ice accumulations
between one tenth and three tenths of an inch, greatest ice
accumulations in areas of high terrain. Winds gusting as high as
35 mph.

* WHERE...Baraga and Marquette Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Thursday to 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating sleet will be difficult to
remove.

For the Gale Warning, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to
