For the second Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 30 knots expected. * WHERE...St Joseph to Whitehall. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 9 AM this morning to 5 PM EDT this afternoon.
