Total ice accumulations likely remaining under a tenth of an inch. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches...with locally heavier amounts possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, resulting in significant blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 AM to 1 PM EST Sunday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Roads may be ice-cover and slick for the Sunday morning commute.
