Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 1 to 3 inches of rain fell this morning across southeast Michigan, leading to rises in area rivers and reports of minor flooding. A second round of rain is expected this afternoon and evening, with potential for additional amounts to reach or exceed one inch. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1108 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen with reports of curb to curb flooding in downtown Saginaw. Additional rainfall over the next 1 to 2 hours will exacerbate any flooding issues in poor drainage areas. - Additional rainfall amounts to 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible over the advisory area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
