* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 10 to 20
knots with gusts up to 25 knots and waves 3 to 6 feet. For the
Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to less
than one nautical mile.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EDT Wednesday.
For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A temporary reduction in winds and waves is
expected this evening, but hazardous conditions return with
thunderstorms late this evening, winds and waves on Tuesday, and
thunderstorms Tuesday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
