Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Clare, Isabella, Mecosta, Osceola, and Lake Counties. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 2 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
