Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. * WHERE...Livingston, Macomb, and Oakland Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Wet snow and rain will freeze this afternoon as colder air moves into the region. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of rain and snow will persist through the rest of the morning, changing over to snow this afternoon. Additional snow accumulations will be under 2 inches. However, 3 to 5 inches fell early this morning. Temperatures will fall below freezing this afternoon, leading to rapid freezing of untreated surfaces. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
