...LOW WATER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST SATURDAY... ...GALE WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 10 PM EST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Abnormally low water levels. * WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to North Cape MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 9 PM EST Friday with the largest waves expected around 9 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As of 5:48 PM, water levels as Toledo are 11.9 inches below low water datum. The critical mark for safe navigation is 7 inches below low water datum. Water levels may continue to decrease over the next couple hours before rising back above the critical mark by 1 AM tonight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due to below normal water levels. &&
