The largest significant waves will be 11 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 16 feet. * WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay, Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI, Port Austin to Harbor Beach MI, Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac MI and Port Sanilac to Port Huron MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EST Monday with the largest waves expected around 9 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong cold front tracks through the area Monday morning and may lead to a brief period of storm force gusts to 50 knots. Strong west-southwest winds are forecast to cause water levels to drop below low water datum Monday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
