...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Macomb and St. Clair.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 931 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches possible
through this morning over the advisory area. This additional
rain may result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Richmond, St. Clair, Romeo, Marysville, Armada, Memphis,
Columbus, Adair, Rattle Run and Smiths Creek.
