At 922 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Saranac to 10 miles south of Carson City.
Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Michigan, including the
following county, Ionia.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 853 PM EDT, Radar estimates of 1 to 2 inches has fallen
over the last hour. These storms are nearly stationary, and
could drop another 1 to 2 inches over the same areas. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ionia, Belding, Saranac, Orleans, Lyons, Muir, Pewamo and
Smyrna.
