Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, rivers, and lakes. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Crawford, Kalkaska, Missaukee and Roscommon. * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1137 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
