* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to less than one nautical mile in some areas. For
the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 10 to 20 knots with gusts
up to 25 knots and waves increasing to 3 to 6 feet.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. For
the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Thunderstorms with hail and strong wind
gusts over Lake Michigan are also possible this evening,
overnight, and again Tuesday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
