Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, and rivers. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Missaukee and Wexford. * WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded and roads remain closed due to flooding.
