accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation
possible. Total snow accumulations between half a foot and a foot
and a half. Ice accumulations around one quarter of an inch
possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Saturday.
For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night through
Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
