...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Macomb and St. Clair.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 759 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible
over the area over the next 3 hours. This additional rain may
result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Richmond, St. Clair, Romeo, Marysville, Armada, Memphis,
Columbus, Adair, Rattle Run and Smiths Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SATURDAY TO 10 PM
EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Expect sustained winds up to 18 knots from the
southwest with gusts up to 27 knots. The largest significant
waves will be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5
feet.

* WHERE...Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac MI and Port Sanilac to
Port Huron MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 10 AM EDT Sunday
with the largest waves expected around 3 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
