Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Alger, Delta, Luce, Northern Schoolcraft, and Southern Schoolcraft Counties. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 11 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
