SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing drizzle expected. Total ice accumulations likely
remaining under a tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 1 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads may be ice-cover and slick for the Sunday morning
commute. Rapid development of snow covered roads expected later
Sunday night into Monday. Gusty winds could result in periods of
whiteout conditions, making travel treacherous and potentially
life-threatening. Isolated power outages are possible Sunday night
and Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

* WHAT...Highest gusts up to 45 kts from the northwest and
highest waves around 16 feet possible.

* WHERE...Straits of Mackinac within 5 nm of Mackinac Bridge
including Mackinac Island, St Ignace to False Detour Channel,
5NM East of Mackinac Bridge to Presque Isle Light MI including
Bois Blanc Island, Presque Isle Light to Sturgeon Pt MI
Including Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary and Sturgeon
Pt to Alabaster MI.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous highest waves which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and highest
