Rapid development of snow covered roads expected later Sunday night into Monday. Gusty winds could result in periods of whiteout conditions, making travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Isolated power outages are possible Sunday night and Monday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while driving.
