Eaton County in south central Michigan... Southern Ingham County in south central Michigan... Jackson County in south central Michigan... Eastern Barry County in southwestern Michigan... * WHEN...Until 345 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
