Northern Wayne County in southeastern Michigan... * WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1223 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall shifting out of southern Oakland and Macomb counties and continuing over northern Wayne county. Radar estimates indicate from 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are likely across northern Wayne county. The warning may end early for southern Oakland and Macomb counties. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
