* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1223 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms
with very heavy rainfall shifting out of southern Oakland and
Macomb counties and continuing over northern Wayne county. Radar
estimates indicate from 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are likely across
northern Wayne county. The warning may end early for southern
Oakland and Macomb counties.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Warren, Livonia, Troy, Southfield, St. Clair Shores, Pontiac,
Novi, Milford, Grosse Pointe, Downtown Detroit, Detroit, Sterling

capable of producing winds up to 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located over Belle Isle, or near Grosse Pointe, moving east at 35
knots.
