...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Lapeer, Macomb, Oakland and St. Clair. * WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 137 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates of greater than 1 inch per hour may continue for the next several hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
