...Light Freezing Rain Possible early this Thursday Morning... Light freezing rain is possible this morning from I-96 to the north. Temperatures will be on the rise this morning, so the window for freezing rain is short. Between 600am and 900am temperatures will rise above freezing ending the freezing rain threat for areas like Muskegon, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Alma, Greenville, Pentwater and Ludington. Be prepared for a few slick spots this morning though before the temperatures warm up. Interior Central Lower Michigan is where some heavier icing may occur and a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for that area including Newyago, Baldwin, Evart, Big Rapids, Harrison and Clare. Bottom line be alert to some changeable driving conditions this morning.
