accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between two
tenths and three tenths of an inch possible.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 8
AM EDT Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday evening
through Saturday morning.
