cool and ample moisture remains in place, along with light winds
off of the remaining snowpack and cold waters of the Great Lakes.

river are impacted and evacuations may be necessary. Water levels
may reach the bottom of Froberg bridge in addition to other
bridges that cross the river

- At 9:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 7.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 10.9 feet Saturday
