* WHERE...Gratiot, Isabella, Clinton, Ingham, and Jackson Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow accumulations combined with the
gusty winds will cause some blowing and drifting of snow, and
reduced visibilities.
