Winds gusting as high as 45 mph, resulting in significant blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From 7 PM Sunday to 7 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause local power outages.
