inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Benzie, Leelanau, and Manistee Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Snow and strong winds will lead to significant drops in
visibility. Whiteout conditions are expected at times of heaviest
snow and winds. Combination of visibility restrictions and snow
covered roads will make for dangerous travel at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

* WHERE...Point Betsie to Sleeping Bear Point MI and Manistee to
Point Betsie MI.

* WHEN...For the Storm Warning, until 4 AM EST Thursday. For the
Gale Warning, from 4 AM Thursday to 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous highest waves
which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
