For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations between one tenth and one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between two tenths and three tenths of an inch possible. * WHERE...Baraga and Marquette Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 8 AM EDT Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice and wind.
