Waves building to 12 to 18 feet. * WHERE...All Open Waters of Lake Michigan. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 AM CDT Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday evening through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
