TUESDAY...

* WHAT...During the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
levels expected. During the Gale Warning, expect sustained
winds up to 37 knots from the west with gusts up to 47 knots
expected.

* WHERE...Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 AM EST Monday
with the largest waves expected around.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The critical mark for safe navigation is 10
inches below water datum. Water levels are expected to fall
below the critical mark to 36 inches below water datum Monday
morning. Water levels will then rise Monday afternoon as winds
shift northwest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...All of southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow are expected which will
reduce visibilities and could make travel hazardous.
