For the Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 3 to 6 ft possible. * WHERE...Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island Passage, Seul Choix Point to Point Detour MI and 5NM East of a line from Fairport MI to Rock Island Passage. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
