Additional snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches with localized 12 inches plus possible. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and ice accumulations on power lines and tree limbs may cause local power outages that may extend beyond today. Gusty winds will likely result in localized blizzard conditions, making travel dangerous and potentially life-threatening. Persons should consider delaying all travel.
