tenth and one quarter inch. Winds could gust 25 to 35 mph from the
east.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of snow/sleet/freezing rain is expected
to change to all freezing rain early Thursday morning.
Temperatures are expected to warm above freezing during the
afternoon.

* WHAT...Highest gusts up to 40 kts from the east and highest
waves around 9 feet possible.

* WHERE...In Lake Huron, Straits of Mackinac within 5 nm of
Mackinac Bridge including Mackinac Island. In Lake Michigan,
Seul Choix Point to 5NM West of Mackinac Bridge and Norwood MI
to 5NM West of Mackinac Bridge including Little Traverse Bay.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous highest waves which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
