For the Gale Watch, southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 4 to 7 ft possible. * WHERE...Penobscot Bay and Casco Bay. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM EST this morning. For the Gale Watch, from this evening through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
