...Icy Roads Developing... Ice from yesterday and early this morning was mostly covered by snowfall today, resulting in some hidden ice below. Reports of black ice along road ways have come in. Expect slippery travel conditions along I-95, Rt 1, and Rt 11. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to take extra caution due to slippery conditions on untreated roadways and sidewalks. Plan for extra braking distance when driving.
