* WHERE...Coastal Washington and Central Washington Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads
and bridges are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures are slowly warming to 32F and
roadways are turning just wet. Additionally icing on cold and
untreated surfaces possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
