* WHERE...Coastal Waldo, Interior Waldo, Knox, Lincoln, and
Sagadahoc Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Fog will thin out and lift around 800 AM.
