Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect the power outage threat to continue through this afternoon. Power outage threat will remain elevated in these areas as cold air and the gusty winds cause ice loaded branches to snap. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for severe conditions. &&
