Temporary clearing skies, light winds, and ample moisture is
allowing for the formation of patchy freezing fog. Drivers and
pedestrians are urged to use caution while out and about overnight
as icy spots may form can creep up unexpectedly. The threat will
end prior to dawn as a cold front will sweep out out the moisture
and increase the winds.
