between 4 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Piscataquis, Southeast Aroostook, and Central
Penobscot Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Monday to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
