...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below expected.

* WHERE...In Maine, Central Interior Cumberland, Coastal Cumberland,
and Coastal York Counties. In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham
County.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
