* WHERE...Coastal Waldo, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, and Coastal
Cumberland Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog will develop overnight causing low
visibility. Fog will become less dense after daybreak Thursday,
dissipating through the morning hours.
