Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches for a storm total of 6 to 14 inches, heaviest across coastal Washington County. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Coastal Hancock and Coastal Washington Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below one quarter mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibilities are likely.
