Locally higher amounts possible around Penobscot bay and the islands. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Coastal Waldo, Interior Waldo, Knox, Lincoln, and Sagadahoc Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low visibility to create dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and break some tree limbs. The power outage threat is limited.
