...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, including the following areas, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany and Western Garrett and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Western Grant, Western Mineral and Western Pendleton. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of moderate to heavy rain are possible due to a line of showers and thunderstorms.
